End customers can order using 3 convenient options:

• Voice Orders: Speaking their order in regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bangla, Gujarati, English) via mobile app or WhatsApp voice notes.
• WhatsApp QR & Chat: Scanning the shop's QR code on the wall or sending text/photo grocery lists on WhatsApp.
• Customer App & Self-Service Catalog: Browsing local store product catalogs, checking real-time credit balance, tracking order delivery status, and paying via UPI.

3. How do shop owners place orders to wholesalers & distributors?

Shop owners simply speak their stock replenishment requirements to AiCOS (e.g. "24 cartons Britannia Good Day, 36 pcs Colgate"). AiCOS formats the voice input into a digital purchase order and transmits it over B2B API channels to wholesalers and brand distributors. When stock arrives with an electronic invoice, the shop owner taps Accept to auto-book purchases and update inventory.

AiCOS supports a comprehensive range of payment modes:
